LA-Bound: My (Sort Of) Home Away From Home

Finally, after hours of non-stop driving and traffic, we have reached the place we’ll be staying for this trip. I am tired and lethargic (though surprisingly not hungry) and can’t wait to unwind in the room.

While I enjoyed looking out at the So-Cal scenery, one can only take so much old cow smell and recycled air. And all the while, my legs were slightly tingling. (I definitely had A Little Mermaid moment stepping out of the car for the first time in hours.)

Have something to say?
