Green Beauty Scene: Ilia Beauty New Releases

You know that gorgeous brand I mentioned here and here? Well, they just released four new products to their already stellar line-up. I can’t wait to try them all!

I absolutely adore this brand for their pigmented, buttery smooth, and long wearing lipsticks that come in a wide array of fun, flattering hues that you can really play around with. They have everything from a subtle nude, to a bright magenta.

Lipstick in Strike It Up and Linger

Strike It Up is a true, cool red that is sure to make you feel chic and bold. I can see myself reaching for this classic color many times.

What Ilia Beauty says: Saturated with blue undertones, Strike It Up is the brand’s most classic true red to date. This statement-making shade elevates, impacts, and instantly adds a serious shot of color to any look.

Linger
This limited edition lippie is described as:
A warm, cognac shimmer ideal to complement Fall’s rich colors. With a reference to the runway lips showcased at Rodarte’s FW14 show, Linger is bewitching, enchanting and a tad bohemian.

A perfect description for this unique shade.

Sheer Vivid Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20
I love me a good tinted moisturizer, they’re light, convenient, and perfect for just smearing on and heading out the door. This one by Ilia comes in six shades, which is quite impressive for a tinted moisturizer, not to mention a natural one.

Vivid Concealer
Another new face makeup release, this one promising to even skin tone and reduce redness with its light to medium coverage. Not only that, but it contains a plethora of soothing, healing ingredients that’ll help calm inflammation.

  1. I don’t have any ilia product yet (shame on me).. The tinted moisturizer is interesting, but i think it contain coconut oil :/ (unfortunately my skin don’t like coconut oil) but i think i’ll try the concealer 🙂

    • You should definitely give Ilia Beauty a try! As far as coconut oil, what’s your skin type? While coconut is lightweight and healing, it is also fairly comedogenic, which means if your pores get clogged easily, you may want to be more careful.
